Empowering franchisees joining a national brand.
This client was looking for a marketing partner to help them develop the business of bringing together 9 unique businesses across the United States under one national brand. The situation called for more than just rebranding of all local assets, websites, and social media, but a business partner to help devise a strategy to drive leads system wide and help them franchise.
Brand Compass developed a master brand website and localized microsite because each location had slightly different services (and needed to feature local staff). We simultaneously developed a social media strategy designed to raise awareness of a new brand, drive user engagement on social, and customer consideration with a Lead Nurturing program. Brand Compass designed the campaign from end to end with hypertargeted ad campaigns driving form fills leading to automatic follow up emails and strategic drip campaigns. Utilizing Hubspot and various other tools, Brand Compass designed a CRM with siloed data, recontact strategies, and notifications to various team members across the system regarding proper follow ups while converting leads to customers.
RESTAURANTS

The owner of a successful multiple location restaurant franchisee decided that he wanted to offer more menu options to his customers. When he approached the franchisor, he was forbidden from doing so. They we able to legally break away from the franchise and needed to create and launch their own brand at their locations as long as it was clearly not related to previous brand.
Brand Compass developed a brand that projects a large variety of delicious menu items, but also allowed them to add new menu items regularly. Our thorough process included developing a new brand positioning, a new brand personality, then a new name and of course a new logo, followed by all new signage and menus. We created promotions and digital assets from the ground up. We also had to claim these new businesses online and develop marketing plans that promoted this multi-location brand. They are now poised to expand to new locations and are now able to add catering options galore!

Our client has been the leader in the air purification market for so long that they forgot to keep up with competitors who projected a more modern style and started to gain market share.

The client is a home improvement company with regional operations in five states. Due to the competitive nature of the home improvement space, the client was seeking a way to boost visibility of their brand on-line and drive leads through ongoing search and social media marketing campaigns.
We developed and tested targeting that lowers search engine marketing bid prices, optimizes time of day for each ad and localizes ad copy so their brand stays relevant.

A minor league professional baseball team partnered with local businesses and sought to identify fan interest and increase intention to attend venue events. The situation required a digital marketing campaign that enhanced excitement for individual and group ticket sales and fuel reasons to plan on attending an upcoming game, and commit to the venue and event dates.
Our objectives were to conceive, design and execute a digital marketing program for the minor league team to raise brand awareness, engage with target consumer prospects and drive relevant traffic to social web pages through hyper-targeted; multi-channel, multi-platform ad campaigns and through custom designed calls-to-action. We were able to create event-specific creative that drove ticket sales for dates that could be a month away with a localized and relevant design solutions, graphics, and placement to spur action.
